Casalim Family Medicine
I started my family medicine/primary care practice to provide patient care in a manner that I wish to be treated. I promise prompt, professional, and thorough care that emphasizes the patient’s healthcare needs and goals. I see patients ages seven and older.
My office is located at 2902 E. Grant Road (just west of N. Country Club Road) within the welcoming and design award-winning Alvernon Allergy and Asthma building. My office hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday (closed noon to 1:00 pm for lunch). I welcome commercially insured, Medicare and healthshare patients. Same day appointments are available.
The office utilizes electronic health records and offers patients an opportunity to schedule appointments online and portal access to their test results. Dr. Donovan has practiced in Arizona for the last two years and is happy to start a solo practice in family medicine to concentrate on the acute and ongoing needs of his patients. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and still maintains his architect’s license. He graduated from the Medical College of Ohio in 2001 and has practiced family medicine since that time. He takes special interest in infectious diseases and Valley fever in particular. He is married to Fariba Donovan for over twenty years and remains proud of her accomplishments as infectious disease doctor at the University of Arizona.
He enjoys all sports, particularly swimming, running, and playing tennis. He also enjoys art and architecture.
